SS Customs QLD are pleased to offer a limited warranty for items purchased from SS Customs QLD. Please find below the details of our warranty.


Our limited warranty covers any defects in parts or workmanship that may arise under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, SS Customs QLD will, at no charge, repair or replace any defective products or parts or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

    Problem Resolution:

If a warranty claim is made, SS Customs QLD will repair the product using ONLY new replacement parts, without any additional cost to you.

    Duration:

The warranty period for parts and workmanship is 12 months from the date of purchase.

    Exclusions:

Please note that our limited warranty does not cover problems caused by:

    Failure to follow the installation instructions resulting in malfunction or damage.
    Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

Warranty service, please contact us via phone or email within the warranty period of the purchased product. The following information will be required:

    Proof of Purchase
    Detailed description of the issues you are experiencing
    Any relevant pictures or videos
