Which countries do you ship to?
Currently we ship to locations within Australia via tracked Auspost or courier. If you are international and want to discuss options please get in touch via email with your requirements.
Do LEDs headlights overheat?
LED headlights emit some heat near the back end of their fixtures. Some models include fans or braided heat sinks to dissipate the heat. However, the bulbs themselves create very little heat when running.
How long do LEDs last?
LED bulbs can last as long as 30,000 hours. That's enough to make it through the entire lifespan of many vehicles, meaning you many never have to replace LED bulbs. However not all LED headlight bulbs are street legal, so be sure to check before installing LED headlights.
Do you accept returns?
SS Customs QLD is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.
This is when the item:

has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item had they known about it.

is unsafe for normal operation.

is significantly different from the sample or description.

doesn't do what SS Customs QLD said it would, or what you asked for and can't be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in item value. If the problem is not major, we will work with you to repair the item within a reasonable time.
If it is not repaired in a reasonable time, you can choose a refund or replacement.
Please keep your proof of purchase such as your receipt.
Can I send you my headlights to modify?
Sure. Get in touch with us and we can talk about what you want done, then you post us your headlights to be modified and once we have completed the order, we will send them back to you.
We don't do fittings or removals from vehicles that is the responsibility of the customer to organise. We do advise you consult the services of a properly licensed auto electrician if you are not able to do the install yourself.
